Drinking coffee endangers vision?
Almost every one of us drinks coffee, but now experts warn that people with cataracts in their family should reduce their coffee consumption.
According to the international website, a recent study found that diet and genetic reactions can lead to glaucoma (cataracts) and that eye strain can affect vision.
The study, conducted at the Aachen School of Medicine in Mount Sinai, New York, concluded that patients with a family history of cataracts, such as those who are genetically predisposed to glaucoma, should use caffeinated beverages. Should be avoided.
According to researchers, caffeine use can triple the risk of blindness.
