Russia has vetoed the US resolution presented in the Security Council against the annexation of 4 regions of Ukraine.
The resolution presented by the US condemned the Russian move and emphasized not to recognize the change in the borders of Ukraine.
According to foreign media, the resolution also included a demand to complete the withdrawal of Russian troops from Ukraine by February 24.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin officially announced the annexation of 4 regions of Ukraine to Russia.
