Celebrating Milad-ul-Nabi (peace be upon him) has been made a crime in India; 18 people have been arrested

Bengaluru: In the procession of Milad-ul-Nabi ﷺ in India, there was a demonstration by teenage boys wielding swords and sticks made of harmless metal, on which the Modi government arrested 18 people.

According to Indian media, Bengaluru police have detained 18 Muslims, including 13 teenage boys, on the charge of wielding swords and sticks in the procession of Milad-ul-Nabi (peace be upon him).

The police say that this action was taken due to the open display of weapons in the city, but they believe that none of the arrested have a criminal record, but despite this, the biased police released all the persons on personal bail. Not ready to release.

The local Muslim leadership strongly condemned the behavior of the police and demanded the release of all those arrested.

On which the police, while changing the pantra, after confessing to the arrest on display of arms, unlawful and unjustified assembly, disturbing public order and also put the provisions of IPC.

The organizers of Miladul-Nabi ﷺ say that this is not the first time when swords or batons have been thrown, it has always been happening, but suddenly this time the police are seeing this display of weapons. If the police fulfill their desire to bring the arrested to court]then victory will be ours.

It should be noted that the police took this action on the objection of extremist Hindus after the video of the procession went viral on social media, in which the local BJP leadership is allegedly involved.
