Will Facebook open an office in Pakistan? –

Amin-ul-Haq met with a high-level Facebook delegation in Romania, to discuss the opening of a Facebook contact office in Pakistan and investment. The federal minister says that there are more than 4.5 million Facebook users in Pakistan.

Federal Minister for Information Technology Syed Aminul Haq met the high-level delegation of Facebook in Romania, during which the opening of Facebook contact office in Pakistan and investment were discussed.

Aminul Haque told the Facebook officials that the number of Facebook users in Pakistan is more than 4.5 million, this number will double in a few years. The Federal IT Minister stressed on the Facebook officials that it is necessary that Facebook establish its office in Pakistan.

Metaverse Company, the owner of Facebook, expressed satisfaction over the increase in connectivity and internet users in Pakistan. The Facebook delegation assured that they will visit Pakistan soon.
