Tehreek-e-Insaf approached the Supreme Court to investigate the audio leak of the Prime Minister and ministers.
PTI filed a petition in the Supreme Court for the formation of an audio-leak judicial commission related to the resignations. PTI has submitted the transcript of the audio leaks of the Prime Minister and Federal Ministers to the Supreme Court.
It has been argued in the petition that the Prime Minister and the Federal Ministers along with the Speaker made a military conspiracy related to the PTI resignations. The prime minister and federal ministers have violated their oath.
Audio leak of meeting of League leaders and federal ministers
The petition has requested that a commission of inquiry be constituted to investigate the audio leak related to PTI resignations. The commission of inquiry should investigate Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Rana Sanaullah, Azam Nazir Tarar, Khawaja Asif and Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervez Ashraf. Military action should be initiated against all parties involved in the conspiracy.
