You cannot go to Sohrab Goth, Sarjani Town, Sindh High Court
Karachi: The Sindh High Court has summoned the senior KDA officer for the next hearing on the application related to the alleged land acquisition in Sarjani Town Scheme 41 Industrial Area.
A two-member bench headed by Justice Syed Hasan Azhar Rizvi heard an application related to alleged land acquisition in Sarjani Town Scheme 41 Industrial Area.
Justice Syed Hassan Azhar Rizvi remarked that you cannot go to Sohrab Goth, Sarjani Town. Sohrab Goth, Sarjani Town has become a nogo area for you.
The petitioner submitted that KDA is not submitting the reply. Justice Syed Hasan Azhar Rizvi said in a dialogue with the lawyer of the petitioner that don’t you live in Karachi, Mr. Vakil.
The court asked for an implementation report within 30 days. The court summoned the KDA senior officer for the next hearing. The court adjourned the hearing for the second week of November.
