Saad Rafique Announces to Upgrade 5 Railway Stations – Startup Pakistan

Saaf Rafique, Federal Minister For Railways has announced to update and renovate another 5 railway stations all over the country.

As per details, Saad Rafique called a high-level meeting at Headquarters, Lahore. In the meeting matters related to the updation of station was under discussion.

The commercial hubs would be Karachi Cantt station, Faisalabad, Quetta, Lahore and Peshawar stations, as per announcement from the minister in a meeting.

Before that, Pakistan Railways decided to have the private sector to enhance services and increase profits, 20 washrooms of railway stations would be modified by the private sector.

Multiple sessions was conducted by Railway and Aviation Minister Khwaja Saad Rafique in 16 August 2022.

In the meeting held under Railways Minister came up with the conclusion and decision to cooperate with the private sector to enhance profits and improve services.

As per sources, it was declared that all across the country private sector would build modern washrooms on 20 railway stations. In order to make travelling easier and convenient for the passengers.
