
PTI Can’t Get Immediate Injunction Against FIA Inquiry (Photo File)
Islamabad: On PTI’s plea against the FIA inquiry in the banned funding case, the High Court has ordered the FIA to take action as per law.
According to Express News, a hearing was held in the Islamabad High Court on PTI’s request against the FIA inquiry in the prohibited funding case, in which the court inquired that the cases in this regard are scheduled for hearing on October 19. Is there a similar case?

Lawyer Barrister Gauhar told the court that yes these are the same cases, first banking circle and now cybercrime is doing this inquiry. Cybercrime has initiated a fresh inquiry into funding from Namanzoor.com. The court issued a notice to the FIA ordering the attachment of the petition with the banned funding cases already pending and adjourned the hearing till October 19.
Justice Amir Farooq heard the petition of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and Senator Saifullah Niazi. In the application, the PTI lawyer requested the court to stop the FIA from taking any action, however, the Islamabad High Court said that the FIA should take action according to the law. PTI could not get immediate injunction against FIA inquiry.
