Naseem Shah participated in Monday’s co-training session with full fitness
Lahore: The good news from the Pakistan team camp is that fast bowler Naseem Shah has fully recovered.
He will also be available to play tomorrow but it doesn’t look like there will be any change for the match against New Zealand.
According to sources, Naseem Shah participated in Monday’s co-training session with full fitness, participated in physical exercises with fellow cricketers and later bowled in the nets.
After arriving in New Zealand, Naseem Shah fell victim to a viral infection. Another pacer, Muhammad Hasnain, who suffered from a viral infection, has also started training, but is not match fit yet.
In the case of Usman Qadir, the third unfit player in the Pakistani team’s camp has already been ruled out of the ongoing tri-nation series in New Zealand, due to a fracture in the thumb, the doctors have instructed him to rest until October 16.
