Aamir Liaquat’s wife Daniya has filed a petition in the Supreme Court for exhumation and post-mortem.
According to private TV, Aamir Liaquat’s wife Daniya Bibi has filed a petition against the decision of the High Court and said that the decision of the Sindh High Court on September 12 should be annulled, restoring the decision of the judicial magistrate. An autopsy should be ordered.
Petitioner Daniya has taken the stand by making the Additional Sessions Judge, Magistrate and Secretary Health Sindh as parties, that the decision of the Sindh High Court cannot be upheld in the eyes of the law, the Sindh High Court has not properly evaluated the evidence and facts.
