Former off-spinner Saeed Ajmal criticized the Pakistan team’s middle order and said that Iftikhar Ahmed starts his innings like Dhoni but does not finish in his style.
Saeed Ajmal commented on YouTube and said that Iftikhar Ahmed scored 27 runs off 27 balls, he did not try to improve his strike rate. In contrast, Dhoni used to hit singles and fours in the last overs to put the team in a good position.
He said that Shaan Masood also plays 5 to 7 dot balls in the beginning and when the time comes to hit the shorts, he gets out.

Earlier, the middle order failed miserably in the Asia Cup and the home series against England as well, due to which Pakistan lost 3-4 in the final of the Asia Cup and the home series.
