Lahore: Punjab Home Minister Hashim Dogar resigned from the post.
After PTI’s Nankana Sahib rally, Punjab Home Minister Hashim Dogar announced his resignation after meeting and consulting Chairman Imran Khan.
While confirming the resignation, he said that it has been sent to Chief Minister Punjab Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi for approval. Hashim Dogar said that he does not want to continue as the Home Minister, resigning due to some unavoidable personal and physical reasons.
He said to be present for the party chairman and Tehreek-e-Insaaf all the time.
According to sources, Hashim Dogar’s resignation will be accepted and then he will be given the portfolio of another ministry.
