Pakistani dramas are where the country’s stardom has been as our film industry has been in shambles for years. But with the gradual recovery we are now seeing films becoming successful. Our television stars moved to films in a big way and some of them are now exclusively doing films. Notably, Fahad Mustafa is only doing films while other film stars like Humayun Saeed, Mahira Khan and Mehwish Hayat have done projects for the small screen.
Fahad gave great plays like Taair Lahoti, Main Abdul Qadir Hoon and Kankar in his career and now he is giving hits like Na Mazloom, Actor in Law, Load Wedding and Quaid Azam Zindabaad. Although fans watch him every week on Jeetu Pakistan, they still remember him in dramas and Fahadh hasn’t signed anything on television since he started working in films.
Fahadh was on a mission where he was asked about his return to television and what his plans are. He said that now he has joined films and would like his fans to come to the theaters to watch him. That’s why they won’t make plays soon. Fahadh has told earlier that he got stuck in dramas and got bored with the same roles.
