Explosion rocks rapper Badshah’s nightclub
Indian Punjabi singer and rapper Badshah’s massive explosion outside his nightclub left his fans in shock.
According to Indian media reports, the explosion happened outside. King’s The night club is located in Sector 26 area of Chandigarh. The club was severely damaged in the blast, but no one was injured.
India’s notorious Bishnoi gang later claimed responsibility for the blast. Key members of the gang, Goldie Brar and Rohit Godara, went to X and claimed that they were the masterminds of the blast.
“We have extorted money from the club owners but as they failed to comply, we blew it,” he wrote.
According to the initial investigation report, an unknown person threw something near the bar early in the morning, which resulted in a loud explosion.
Investigators recovered pieces of jute rope from the crime scene and sent them to the Central Forensic Science Lab for further analysis.
Reports suggest that the explosion may have been caused by a homemade bomb, possibly as an extortion attempt. Authorities have started investigating the incident.
It may be recalled that Bishnoi member Goldi Brar was declared a terrorist by the Indian government in January, while two members of the gang have been arrested abroad.
Earlier, the Bishnoi gang has also issued a threat alert for Bollywood superstars Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan. The gang has issued the same warning to several other Indian stars.
