Dr. Javed said that people suffering from heart diseases and dengue are more prone to excessive bleeding in the body, as both external and internal bleeding can occur. He further said that the life of a person who has been using aspirin for a long time may also be at risk. Antiplatelet drugs can lead to hypertensive shock, internal bleeding and ventilator-adjustment, but with early diagnosis, the patient can be treated.
