Peshawar: Unknown persons have attacked the watch tower of the anti-car lifting cell in the ancient area of ​​Tehkal in the capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with hand grenades.

According to Express News, two hand grenades were thrown by unknown suspects in the empty premises of the watch tower near Phalwan Bridge in the limits of Tehkal police station, which exploded with a loud explosion.

No casualties were caused by the hand grenades, but the windows of the vehicles were broken. As soon as the information was received, the police officers reached the scene and conducted a detailed investigation, while the BDU was summoned to find out the nature of the material.

A heavy police force arrived and started a large-scale search operation in the area.
