ISLAMABAD: Another audio of PTI leaders allegedly discussing US ciphers was leaked online on Friday, exposing Imran Khan’s conspiracy narrative.

In the latest audio, then Prime Minister Imran Khan, former minister Asad Umar and then Principal Secretary Azam Khan can be heard in a meeting discussing the US cipher and using it for their own benefit.

I First audio which was leaked on Wednesday, was allegedly talking to PTI chairman Azam Khan and instructing him to play the cipher. Azam Khan was then heard advising Imran Khan to meet Qureshi and Foreign Secretary Sohail Mehmood to falsify the minutes of the meeting and bring it on record.

PTI did not deny the contents of the audio and said it supported its position that the cable was hidden from the former prime minister.

Imran Khan: Shahji [Shah Mahmood Qureshi]The three of us [Imran Khan, Azam Khan and you] Have a meeting with the Foreign Secretary tomorrow. [Sohail Mahmood]. [In the meeting]We will ask him to sit quietly and write the minutes of the meeting as it is. Azam [Khan] Asking to write minutes. […] And we will keep the photostat.

Azam Khan: This cipher came on the 7th, 8th or 9th [March]?

Another person [present in the meeting]: It came on the 8th.

Imran Khan: But the meeting took place on the 7th. We do not need to name Americans under any circumstances. Therefore, no one should name the country on this issue. This is very important for all of you. From which country did the letter come? I don’t want to hear it from anyone.

Asad Umar: Are you calling it a letter on purpose? Because it’s not a letter, it’s a transcript of the meeting.

Imran Khan: It’s the same thing, whether it’s a meeting transcript or a letter. People will not understand what is imitation? You have to say this in your meetings.
