Medina: A special route was prepared for pedestrians from Masjid Nabawi (peace be upon him) to Masjid Quba.
A special path has been prepared for pedestrians to reach the first mosque of Islam from Masjid Nabawi (peace be upon him). The special track is called ‘Darb Al Sunnah’.
The track of about three kilometers has been built on the historical route which the Prophet used to go from Masjid Nabawi to Masjid Quba. The Prophet ﷺ used to travel to Masjid Quba sometimes on foot and sometimes on a camel.
The special pedestrian track has been designed in a modern style and the entire route is decorated with lights while shops are also built on the sides for shopping.
